I find their packaging to be excessively wasteful, like my bowl and sauces doesn't need to be wrapped/housed in a paper container. Also they have been raising their prices and the quantity you receive really doesn't differ that much when you order a medium or large.

fish arrived with a weird smell and it was very mushy and gummy, the portion is also half the size of pick poke or the other poke places. definitely not worth it.
