My family visits lulu atleast once a week we love there weekly offers and rely only on lulu for our family needs. The staff in all the branches qurain rai or egaila are super friendly and help you lut in every possible manner. Never had issues with lulu’s any branch. Specially living out of india in kuwait we find most of our indian groceries in lulu including cookware which is amazing . Literally love the cookware specially the pressure cooker range without which indian food is incomplete. Even the vegetable at no matter what time you visit are fresh and usually the staff removes anything rotten . All over the experience and cleanliness is amazing .

I bought one toy car which costing pretty good, but damaged within the month( 15 or 16 days). The employees have no idea of this. The price badged and the price on the bill was different

The packing guys or the cashier don't even care to assist to fill the shopping bags or to get a trolley , They watch our faces even if it is in larger volume , And i can see the similar experience in other counters even 2 boys stand idle they dont even come to filled counter and assist to fill the bags , I don't understand the concept does someone guide them!

Almost all of my orders are having issues: i.e. opened boxes with incomplete items inside the box, leaking cleaning chemicals, food items are NOT packed properly, wrong items delivered, refund process very slow.

Products on shelves always too close to expiry date though manufacturing date was a year and a half ago. Seems like they are late in putting them on the shelf and expire shortly after. Also, many times product packaging is dusty and chips are always crumpled and broken. Nice rebranding, but now it's time to work on the quality.

ادارة سيئه من مجلس ادارة الجمعيه تدير جمعية كيفان .عروض وهميه غير موجوده في الجمعيه . عدم وجود تعدد للاصناف كباقي الجمعيات المجاوره . اعصاء مجلس ادارة الجمعيه غير موجودين نهائيا ولايمكن التواصل او الاتصال بهم اذا كانت في مشكله . العماله الموجوده من اسوء العماله .لايوجد ترتيب او عرض بشكل تسويقي كباقي الجمعيات.عدم توفر الكثير من الاصناف والمواد كباقي الجمعيات.

جمعيه سيئه بكل المعايير وذلك بسبب الادارة من عماله غير مؤهله وغير جاده في عملها. نقص حاد بتعدد الاصناف ، ارتفاع الاسعار .سوء جودة المنتجات المعروضه . عدم توفر الكثير من الاصناف والمنتجات مقارنه بالجمعيات المجاوره . لاتوجد رقابه من مجلس الاداره . انعدام التواصل مع مجلس ادارة الجمعيه وذلك لعدم تواجدهم او توفير ارقام للتواصل معاهم .
