I had a very bad experience to the cashier in Al Khiran I only have 7 items and 3 counter only open there's all have customer so I go to the Cigarette Counter .. When I go there this is EMPTY NO ONE is there! And there is NO SIGNAGE that the counter is only for cigarettes but this cashier was very angry to me arguing with me .. In the front of other customer!!! His very rude and UN professional! Then i tell to the manager then the manager apologize to me and tell to the cashier to apologize but his just laughing to me.. Just had a great shopping experience at Lulu Hypermarket! The variety is amazing everything from fresh produce to electronics and clothes, all super organized. The fresh fruits and veggies looked top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, I found some awesome deals! Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll be back for sure.
