Customers are facing delays to withdraw or deposit or use any services on ATM as the ATM machine software is updated and the ATM machine is not supporting the software causing delays in transaction and long cue in all the branches specially in business hub farwaniyah where a lot of the businesses are situated considering the bank is situated close to other bank competitors they should look into this issue as the old software was much faster and efficient and user friendly

While their app is generally easy to use, setting notifications through app vs. sms is sometimes confusing. Ex: sometimes I get a notification and want to check my account, it won’t let me log in until I quit the app. Also the number of quick send/wamd/transfer options is kind of overwhelming.

Went to the ATM in Assima mall and tried to pull out cash only for it to say it was invalid number amount (even though I selected one of their pre-approved options). Tried multiple times at different amounts but was met with the same issue...had to go to their ITM to be able to pull out cash - very inconvenient.

the staff was amazing, they are so kind and helpful.. and they will assist you quickly whatever your purpose.. i love NBK since i was in kuwait 2017.. this bank was really trusted.. 🫶🫶🫶
