I've been a patient here since 2016ish. Have always had easy interactions with the doctors. For someone that does not know medical terminology very well, they tend to explain things in lamens terms for ease of understanding without insulting your intelligence. Overall I feel like the service and staff have saved and prolonged my life and I am very grateful for their tireless service.

For this value of money they should to know how to communicate with people by phone at least. I did a call morning to ask regard.appointment as we cannot attend it on time as we planing to travel. So call was starting and guy who picked up the phone didn’t introduce so I got confused and I asked is it really hospital, after asking department what I need I heard on that side “who are u?” Which is make me surprise cause suppose people who calling in hospital and asking department are patients. The guy told me to wait cause he’s not respond. and start to speak with another employee who also was telling “who she is and tell her nurse will call later”. That was communication what I heard to much unprofessional and make me to much upset cause I was thinking hospital with high rate and people there know what they are doing. But really 👎🏻
