I had a problem with my main 5G router and called the call center to ask why it wasn't working despite having paid all bills. He asked me to reset the tower - assuming I was familiar with the process which I wasn't. His explanation of the steps was so weak that I ended up asking the agent for his name, which sounded like Solid, and when I said is it like the word Solid, he said "please don't make fun of my name" which I obviously wasn't and apologized for him thinking that. He asked me to switch SIMS to ensure the device was working and then told me to take it to maintenance. I also tried the online chat but that is demented - the answer either too fast or too slow. Finally, I did go to a showroom and ended up buying / upgrading to a new router because they couldn't fix it and I needed to take the router to a service center which would mean days without internet. So I opted for the upgrade - which meant that they stocked the devices in store but were not ready to take devices to the service center on the customers behalf. Talk about being sales driven and not caring about the customer.
