Unique, good food, friendly staff and good ambiance. One of my favorite fastfood because they offer unique way of making burger where you can select your preferred toppings. Mostly the locations were not crowded most of the time so you can relax and enjoy. The only not good was the price. It was too expensive compare to other fast food chains.
