Prices no longer competitive. Search needs work...pls turn off autocorrect for example so that typing 'KDD' is not changed to 'add' etc....otherwise generally big selection although u pay for delivery even for KD 100 orders.

مازالت الاسعار لبعض المنتجات مرتفعة ومازلنا ياخذون رسوم للتوصيل مهما كان قيمة الفاتورة وملاحظات في مهرجان ياهلا جميع المحلات او التطبيقات تبعث الكوبونات مع الطب اما توصيل يطلبون من العميل الذهاب لموقع تسليم الكوبونات ليش يعني ؟؟

Whenever i tried to order they were unavailable when i called them no one answered and top of it i came to know from social media that they have limited time when we can order i tried that time as well but no use. It was uselesss and worst experience so I uninstalled the app

Just compared several prices at Taw9eel vs. Sultan. Exact same items were 10-20% cheaper at Sultan (who aren't exactly cheap). That and Taw9eel's delivery fee no matter how big my purchase will make me use them less and less.
