All the branches I've visited seem to struggle with slow service when ordering in-person, from placing an order to receiving it. For instance, at the Jabriya branch, it took over 15 minutes just to prepare a simple order of juice and coffee. In contrast, my experiences with their drive-thru service have been significantly more efficient and satisfactory.
