Their planes for domestic/regional travel are outdated and have no amenities in terms of entertainment. Their international flights are better equipped to providing comfort and entertainment (I just wish they had the footrest under the seats in economy). But overall, I was actually pleasantly surprised with their service, punctuality, and culture.

جربته في السفر من القاهرة للكويت و كانت الرحلة ترانزيت في أبو ظبي تأخرت الرحلة من القاهرة لأبو ظبي ساعتين ولكن لم تكن مشكلة لأننا كنا سنجلس الساعات في مطار أبو ظبي ولكن لو كان في مطار أبو ظبي فسوف يكون أجمل حيث إن المطار تحفة معمارية و حصل لي مشكلة في الرحلة الثانية هو أن المقعديين بجانبي كان فيهم نساء لا يريدونني الجلوس بجانبهم فسألت المضيفة عن مكان فارغ فتأخرت في الرد علي لكنها وجدت لي مكان و الرحلة كانت خرافية
