Very very bad experience with Jeep grand Cherokee 2024 brand new car bought from @alfuttaim.. after only a week I returned the car to service center due to bad noise in Engine and the rear camera not clear.. Car took more than 1 month in Service Centre. made thousands of complaints with no luck.. escalate the matter to so many concerned managers in Futtaim raised complaints send emails visited the Service Centre the showroom and unfortunately they are just delaying us with unattended meeting .. the customer service quality is so so bad and unacceptable the car service itself unacceptable.. they did not fix the problem saying all 2024 models comes with the same issue.. and when we checked an other 2024 model in the showroom found the car doesn’t have any same issues as ours.. so disappointed and I do not advise anyone to buy from Al futtaim .. the after sale services is so so unprofessional.. Jeep needs to reconsider their Dealer in UAE .. the Jeep cars are not worth their value if they are been sold and service taken care by unprofessional team

They have gr8 models but worst service and after sales support.
Jeep needs to think of changing their dealers or traders in UAE to keep up with their race in market.

Asking the customer if he would like the plastic to be removed is a simple gesture but it really matters..
