My supplementary card has not been delivered till date since october 2023, the courier company which was assigned never attempeted to contact by any means once phone not reahcable, no email reagarding courier on it's way, no asking what time should come to the location to deliver , no followup on email or whatsapp, they just didnt make efforts to reach the customer and returned the card to the bank, and bank does not recourier the card!! They asked to come and collect the card form the sheikh zayed road branch , went 5 times 4 times the branch was found closed, 5th time went to collect as confirmed by the execisutive who helped to reissue the card and sent to the branch to collect the reception staff refused to handover the card to the primary holder said both primary and supplementary card holder should come to collect the supplementary card, event hough I had given the autorization letter to pickup, Informed the executive they refused to give the card, he called the branch to understand the issue and thenthe branch manager called come back and collect , by that time had already left towards abudhabi, its been 9 months I still have not received my supplementary card, the simple service to recourier the card is not been followed and making customers go so far to collect the card form very difficult locations. I already spent so much on taxi and metro and petrol to go and come back 5 times now. This is not a good customer service. A simple couirer to the cusotmer to reaoslve the whole issue, but they say they have some policy they courier only once and not other times!! well the courier company doesn't even call and confirm what time to come and delivery and which location, how do you expect the csutomer to be at the place to even collect from courier when they don't even know the courier is coming on this date and time and place!!!! The service needs a lot of improvement, till date I have not recived my supplementary card. I am fed up goinf upo and down so far it takes like 4 hours of my day to just go and come back form this branch to collect one card and have doen that 5 times already, now asked to come 6th time, instead just courier it back to the cusotmer.

When I moved to this bank I was expecting it to provide me with financial solutions, but it provided me with more troubles, luckily I could manage my finances but I went through horrible time with this bank, not giving me any type of solution and their ultimate answer to any of my requests is “no” I definitely not recommending this bank to anyone
