If i was to be asked an hour ago, i wouldn't have rated our stay this highly however their issue/problem solving was quick and satisfying. Thank you for a memorable experience. Staff are competent and helpful in every way possible.

الغرفة كانت فيها رائحة قويه بالزوليه واغلب الزوار الي كانو يزوروني يبلغوني بهذي الملاحظه وكذلك هناك كسر في رخامة عتبة الحمام !!

Amazing hospital. All the staff are extremely caring, attentive and professional! From the medical staff, to the housekeeping staff, right through to the management! My antenatal care and birth experience here have been exquisite, and I would fully recommend RHH to anyone, seeking excellent medical care, along side unparalleled luxury. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and indeed all of the staff, who have made my experience here so memorable.

كل شيء ممتاز ولكن عيبهم انهم مايسلمون غرفة الوالدة الا بعد الولادة. الاب الذي ينتظر يقعد او ينام بالسيارة وهذا غير منطقي

Our recent experience at Royal Hayat Hospital was truly exceptional. My wife recently underwent surgery and spent a night as an inpatient, and the care and service we received went far beyond our expectations. The professionalism, helpfulness, and compassion of the nurses and staff were remarkable. They ensured that every aspect of our stay was smooth and comfortable, always going the extra mile to make us feel supported. The hospital environment was spotless and welcoming, reflecting a clear commitment to patient care and comfort. I would normally feel bad about singling out any particular person, but in this case, I must mention nurses Neha, Gwen, Marose, and Rejani, as well as the 2nd shift coordinator Shyma and Websy from the Private Dining Department. Each of them went above and beyond, and their outstanding dedication deserves to be recognized. They exemplify the kind of service that every patient hopes for, and we are incredibly grateful for their efforts. If all employees at Royal Hayat Hospital are as customer-focused and dedicated as they are, then RHH has a very bright future ahead! At the moment I just admitted my mother Miss LOUYETH was amazing in every aspect from . professional to friendly Unfortunately that was not the case with the reception in the phlebotomy department the supervisor was extremely unprofessional When asked a question he actually shooed me
